I am not receiving a new password.

If you have requested a new password for your account but are not receiving an email, it is usually because you have changed your email address in one of your CVs. When you change your email address in one of your CVs, without having a family account, it changes the email address for your entire account. So, if you are aware that you have changed your email address in one of your CVs, you can try requesting a new password for that email address. If it still doesn’t work, please feel free to contact us at info@buzzcv.com. We respond to all emails within a maximum of 12 hours.

I can’t find my CVs?

If you have already logged in, you just need to click on the “Your account” button at the top right of the page. This will take you to the page with all your CVs. If you are not logged in, click on the “Log in” button and sign in with your email address and password.

What does it cost?

BuzzCV is a freemium service, which means it is entirely free to create an account, choose the template you prefer, and fill in your CV. In your free account, a digital CV is included, allowing you to send a link to your CV to employers who can click on the link and open your CV directly in their browser. If you want to download your CV, we have a “try it out” offer where you can test the service for 5 days for just $2. Afterward, it costs $16 per month.

How do I cancel my upgraded account?

The idea behind BuzzCV is that you should only have your account upgraded while you are job hunting. So, when you have secured a job, simply log in to your account and click on “Account settings” at the top right corner. There you will find a large button labeled “Cancel the upgrade.” Click on it, and you will deactivate your upgrade, and no more charges will be deducted from your account.

Is there any commitment period with BuzzCV?

No, you can deactivate your upgraded account at any time from your account settings.

How do I create an account?

You simply click on the “Create an account” button at the top right of this page. Then, you fill in your email address and choose a password.

Can I create manual page breaks?

Our system automatically inserts page breaks, which work well in 90% of cases. However, sometimes technology can be tricky. In such cases, you only need to open your CV in the preview mode and click on one of the small boxes located next to each section in your CV. Then, click on the text that says “add page break.” Afterward, when you download your CV, you will have your page break exactly where you want it.

How do I change the language in my CV?

To write your CV in English or another language, you just need to replace the headings in your CV. Go in and edit your CV, click on the heading of a section, and you will see the cursor appear. Delete the current heading and write a new one. Do the same for all the headings and then fill in your information in English, and you’ll have an English CV in no time.

Can I create multiple CVs?

Yes, you can, and it’s very simple. Go to your homepage by clicking on the menu button at the top right and then select “My account.” There, click on the button with three lines on the CV you want to duplicate. Then, just choose “Copy,” and our system will create an exact copy of your existing CV so you don’t have to rewrite everything. You can then rename your new CV and start editing it. If you want to create a completely blank CV, that’s also possible.
